2. Shipping Policy

We currently ship across the United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia, with fast delivery on both in-stock and supplier-fulfilled items.

2.1 Processing Time

Orders are processed and handed to our courier within 24 hours of payment confirmation, including weekends except public holidays.

2.2 Delivery Time

• UAE & KSA — Delivered within 1–2 business days of dispatch to major cities Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Jeddah, Dammam, and other main areas.

• Remote areas Some remote or outlying areas may take an extra 1–2 days beyond the standard estimate.

2.3 Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

• Free shipping on orders over AED [200] in the UAE or SAR [200] in KSA.

2.4 Courier Partners

We ship with trusted regional couriers, including Aramex, SMSA Express, Naqel, and/or DHL, depending on your delivery location.

2.5 Delays Disclaimer

While we aim for 1–2-day delivery on every order, occasional delays can happen due to high demand periods (e.g., sale events), courier disruptions, incomplete addresses, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll notify you by email/SMS/WhatsApp if your order is expected to take longer than usual.
